Editorial policy
How the fieldbook chooses sources, handles dates, and separates research from advice.
Source order
We start with laws, regulator materials, standards, technical methods, and issuer or fund documents. Secondary commentary can help locate an issue, but it does not replace the primary text when a claim depends on a formal rule or disclosed number.
Dates and jurisdiction
Sustainable-finance requirements change. A note identifies the relevant date and jurisdiction when either one changes the meaning of a claim. A framework used in one market is not presented as a universal rule.
Corrections
We correct material factual errors. A useful correction identifies the page, disputed statement, and a source that supports the change.
